My order has not arrived yet. What do I do?

Orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 days. Check your tracking email first. If nothing has moved in 7 days, write to us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

My pot arrived with damage. Is it still usable?

Do not cook in a cracked or visibly damaged pot. Send us a photo at support@irontaste.de with your order number. We will assess it and send a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer. No argument, no delay.

How do I return my order?

Email us within 30 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and reason for returning. We will send you return instructions. Once we receive the pot, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

The seasoning looks uneven on my new pot. Is that normal?

Completely normal and not a defect. Pre-seasoning can appear slightly uneven or patchy on a new pot — this is how natural cast iron seasoning looks. It will even out and deepen beautifully after your first 2–3 cooks. Just cook in it.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email us, return the original pot, and we will dispatch the correct size immediately. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Where do I register my warranty?

The registration link is in your included e-book. It takes two minutes — just your name, email, and order number. Once registered, your pot is covered by lifetime warranty on the ceramic and extended warranty on all parts.
